We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the site or services at any time without notice.
2. Booking & Payments
- Appointments must be made through our online booking system or by calling our location directly.
- Some services may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be applied to your total service amount.
- Full payment is due at the end of your service.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
All deposits for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive later than this window and we’re still able to accommodate you, a $20 late fee will be applied.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you arrive excessively late or with unscheduled guests.
5. Studio Policies
- No food or phone calls inside the business.
- No children under 8 years of age.
- No pets allowed. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under our policy.
- No waiting room available.
- All services rendered are non-refundable. Adjustments must be discussed before the end of your appointment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
