Booking &amp; Payments<\/h2><ul><li>Appointments must be made through our online booking system or by calling our location directly.<\/li><li>Some services may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be applied to your total service amount.<\/li><li>Full payment is due at the end of your service.<\/li><\/ul><hr style=\"margin: 40px 0;\" \/><h2>3. Cancellations &amp; No-Shows<\/h2><p>Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.<\/p><p>All deposits for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.<\/p><hr style=\"margin: 40px 0;\" \/><h2>4. Late Arrivals<\/h2><p>We offer a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive later than this window and we\u2019re still able to accommodate you, a $20 late fee will be applied.<\/p><p>We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you arrive excessively late or with unscheduled guests.<\/p><hr style=\"margin: 40px 0;\" \/><h2>5. Studio Policies<\/h2><ul><li>No food or phone calls inside the business.<\/li><li>No children under 8 years of age.<\/li><li>No pets allowed. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under our policy.<\/li><li>No waiting room available.<\/li><li>All services rendered are non-refundable. Adjustments must be discussed before the end of your appointment.<\/li><\/ul><hr style=\"margin: 40px 0;\" \/><h2>6. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab.
