En Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab<\/strong>valoramos tu tiempo y el nuestro. Por favor, lee detenidamente las siguientes pol\u00edticas antes de reservar tu cita.<\/p>

CANCELACIONES Y REPROGRAMACIONES DE CITAS<\/h2>
  • Todas las citas deben cancelarse o reprogramarse al menos 2 horas antes<\/strong> de la hora programada.<\/li>
  • Las cancelaciones, reprogramaciones o inasistencias realizadas con menos de 2 horas<\/strong> de antelaci\u00f3n incurrir\u00e1n en una penalizaci\u00f3n del 50%<\/strong> del costo total del servicio.<\/li>
  • No se aceptar\u00e1n cancelaciones por correo electr\u00f3nico. orreo electr\u00f3nico.<\/strong> Usa el enlace enviado por mensaje de texto o llama al (212) 401-0061<\/strong> durante el horario de atenci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>

    RETRASOS<\/h2>
    • Se permite un per\u00edodo de gracia de 15<\/strong> minutos.<\/li>
    • Si llegas con m\u00e1s de 15 minutos de retraso y a\u00fan podemos atenderte, se cobrar\u00e1 un cargo por tardanza<\/strong> .<\/li>
    • Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar cualquier cita si llegas despu\u00e9s del per\u00edodo de gracia o si traes acompa\u00f1antes adicionales no programados para el servicio.<\/li><\/ul>

      CAMBIOS EN EL SERVICIO<\/h2>
      • Si eliminas alg\u00fan servicio de tu cita original al llegar (sin haber avisado con al menos 2 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n), se cobrar\u00e1 un cargo de $20<\/strong> .<\/li>
      • Todas las modificaciones de servicio deben hacerse con al menos 2 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>

        DEP\u00d3SITOS<\/h2>
        • Se permite un dep\u00f3sito del 50% no reembolsable<\/strong> para todos los servicios de Apr\u00e8s Gel X y dise\u00f1o.<\/li>
        • Los dep\u00f3sitos por cancelaci\u00f3n no se reembolsan autom\u00e1ticamente. Por favor, llama a la tienda si no planeas utilizar el dep\u00f3sito.<\/li><\/ul>

          POL\u00cdTICAS IMPORTANTES DEL ESTUDIO<\/h2>
          • No se permite comida ni llamadas telef\u00f3nicas<\/strong> dentro del sal\u00f3n.<\/li>
          • No hay \u00e1rea de espera<\/strong> disponible.<\/li>
          • No se permiten ni\u00f1os menores de 8 a\u00f1os.<\/strong> Los servicios para ni\u00f1os est\u00e1n disponibles solo para clientes de 8 a\u00f1os en adelante.<\/li>
          • No se permiten mascotas.<\/strong> Los animales de apoyo emocional no se reconocen como animales de servicio bajo esta pol\u00edtica.<\/li>
          • No se realizan reembolsos en efectivo ni cr\u00e9ditos en tienda.<\/strong> Por favor, comun\u00edcate con tu estilista antes de que se complete el servicio para realizar ajustes.<\/li>
          • Los clientes deben permanecer atentos<\/strong> y comunicarse durante el servicio. Cualquier trabajo realizado se considera final. Los cambios posteriores pueden generar cargos adicionales.<\/li>
          • Las citas pueden retrasarse hasta 20 minutos<\/strong> debido a circunstancias imprevistas.<\/li>
