Service & Cancellation Policy

Effective May 1, 2025

At Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab, we value your time and ours. Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment.


Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
  • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made less than 2 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted via email. Use the link provided by text or call us at (212) 401-0061 during store hours.

Late Arrivals

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we can accommodate you, a $20 late fee will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if you arrive beyond the grace period or with additional guests not scheduled for service.

Service Changes

  • If you remove any service from your original ticket upon arrival (without 2 hours’ notice), a $20 fee will be charged.
  • All service modifications must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all Aprés Gel X & Design services.
  • Cancellation deposits are not automatically refunded. Please call the store if you are not planning to use the deposit.

Important Studio Policies

  • No food or phone calls are allowed inside the salon.
  • No waiting area available.
  • No children under 8 years old. Children’s services are available only for clients 8 years and older.
  • No pets allowed. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under this policy.
  • No cash refunds or store credit. Please communicate with your artist before your service is completed for adjustments.
  • Clients must remain attentive and communicate during the service. Any work completed is considered final. Post-service changes may incur extra charges.
  • Appointments may run up to 20 minutes behind due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • All prices reflect short nail lengths unless otherwise specified.
  • All appointments are treated as requests. If your preferred time or artist is unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule.

Artist Requests

  • If you would like to request a specific artist, please write their name in the comments section when booking.
  • Artist requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by calling the store.
  • No artist requests are accepted for Wednesday Power Manicure Deal bookings.
