I've been coming here for monthly regular pedis for about a year now and I've only ever had great experiences here. Everything is super clean and the staff had always been very polite. I usually get different techs and all of them have been great. I don't expect to go anywhere else any time soon.

My nail tech Jennifer was amazing! She was so detailed and made sure my nails were perfect. Jennifer is so sweet and I had a great experience with her. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. These were perfect for my engagement photoshoot. Highly recommend!

I absolutely recommend Jeannette & Carmen. They are the absolute best nail techs. I have been visiting Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab for 2 years now and I can say it's very welcoming and Tomy cares and values each and every customer. Also shout out to Ashley the receptionist, she's very professional and is always ready and available to show & find you your dream nail color. ♥️ I can't wait for Tomy to one day expand into other areas of NYC. 🥂

It’s been about 2ish weeks since my very first appointment at Tomy’s as I wanted to give it time before reviewing. I came in with my feet looking REALLY bad (I’m a dancer and hadn’t gotten my feet done in damn near 2-3 months.. so you can imagine). My nail tech (wish I caught her name!) did SUCH AN INCREDIBLE JOBBBBB bringing my feet back to life; til this day they are still soft, pedicure is still looking fresh and looks like I just got them done still. I got a Lavender jelly spa pedi with a BEAUTIFUL structure gel add on to my toes. I came in with an older pedicure that had acrylic on the big toe (because they chip easy from dancing) so the front desk associate recommended the structure gel to maintain the strength of my toes and THANK GOD she did. There has been NO chipping, NO lifting, and oddly enough my toes do not hurt anymore!! I just moved to the heights, so I’m so happy to have found my new nail salon that will have me coming back again and again! I also got a basic mani, no polish (had to test em out first lol) and it was just as great. Can’t wait to try more mani services!
